Palazzo della Civilita, or the "Square Collesium" was built by Mussolini in the late 1930's as a monument to the people of Rome. Inscribed in the top of each side of the building roughly translated is "PEOPLE OF POETS OF ARTISTS OF HEROES OF HE KNOWS YOU OF THINKERS OF SCIENTISTS OF TRASMIGATORI NAVIGATORS". Download
