Chase Guernsey
Chase Guernsey was born and raised in Abilene Texas. After graduating high school, Chase decided
to follow in his family footsteps and enlisted in the United States Navy. While serving his country,
Chef Guernsey began his journey into the world of cuisine. As a cook aboard the USS Greeneville
submarine, he expanded his knowledge of cooking. During his four year enlistment, Chef Guernsey
took advantage of the many opportunities the armed forces provides, such as attending advanced
culinary courses at CIA Napa Valley California’s Graystone Culinary Institute. After his stint
in the Navy, Chef Guernsey relocated to Las Vegas where he accepted a position at the Aladdin
Casino. Two years later he decided to further his education and moved to Austin, Texas to attend
Le Cordon Bleu. Upon receiving his culinary degree in 2004, Chef Guernsey accepted the Executive
Chef position at The Golf Club of Texas located in San Antonio, Texas. In 2007, Chase once again
decided to relocate , after accepting the Executive Chef position at The Tribute, located just
outside of Dallas. Currently, 29 years old, Chase is still there where he prepares culinary
delights for the hundreds of exquisite weddings that take place there every year.
